Making mistakes and overlooking things is a normal part of learning when you are just beginning with scuba diving. A really good idea is to pair up with someone who is much more experienced. This will not only make your adventures underwater safer, but also you will learn little tricks that are helpful to know. Checking things at the right time is a good habit to get into. When you are on the boat heading for a dive point, it is too late to check to see if you have everything you need. Have a list of what you need at the dive shop, and don’t leave until you have everything that is on your list. Being a beginner, you will probably be renting equipment, so when you do, make sure that it fits.

Relaxed enough to be known globally by its first name, Rio has generated a reputation that edges on the legendary. The appeal of Ipanema beach, Sugar Loaf mountain, Carnival and the Christ statue on Corcovado keeps tourism thriving.
Rio de Janeiro’s foundation on gorgeous Guanabara Bay had less to do with looks than with components such as the extraction of pau-brasil, the tree in which provided the country its identity and whose core produced a precious crimson dye. Nowadays, besides its signature beaches, Rio de Janeiro showcases the world’s 2 most significant forests inside an urban area, partly reforested sectors of the now nearly wiped out Atlantic Rainforest.
