Making mistakes and overlooking things is a normal part of learning when you are just beginning with scuba diving. A really good idea is to pair up with someone who is much more experienced. This will not only make your adventures underwater safer, but also you will learn little tricks that are helpful to know. Checking things at the right time is a good habit to get into. When you are on the boat heading for a dive point, it is too late to check to see if you have everything you need. Have a list of what you need at the dive shop, and don’t leave until you have everything that is on your list. Being a beginner, you will probably be renting equipment, so when you do, make sure that it fits.

Jellyfish are found in oceans all over the world in more than 200 types. It is a commonly asked ‘does people really eat jellyfish?’ To this it can be said that tastes vary with people and there are many who may find it utterly disgusting to eat jellyfish. Some of the people who have eaten it state that the consistency is rather like a rubber-band with a bland taste. The Japanese, Koreans and Chinese people treat jellyfish as a delicacy and so with respect to them, if you ask does people really eat jellyfish, it is true that they eat it. You need to have a taste for it or belong to the culture that eats it.
