When the summer comes people from all over the world start to search for the nearest beach in order to swim for fun, get some rest and of course get tanned. But of course in order to go to the beach, you will need some kind of swim wear, which preferably will be durable and dry fast, so that you won’t have to be drenched for hours after you get out from the water. Surfing has been enjoyed by many for more than two centuries. The first information about surfers dates from 1767 in Tahiti. Since then surfing has been developing all the time. Nowadays the main areas for surfing are seas, oceans and rivers. However surfing in rivers isn’t as extreme as surfing in oceans and seas because in rivers you use standing waves to surf which do not possess enough speed or power to make you feel the thrill of the surfing sport. Surfing isn’t only used for entertainment, but it is also a competitive sport which has a lot of tournaments organized each year. However surfing is quite a dangerous and extreme sport if you are not experienced.

Some of you might still think that guys wear boardshorts only when they go to the beach or surf but that is not true at all.
