Before you buy Total Surfing Fitness

I have used and tried several different training programs over the last few years. Some of them I purchased online and some from my local gym, very few has impressed me, or showed me anything new. So I wasn’t overly excited when I first heard about Total Surfing Fitness. But when more and more of my surfing buddies started to talk about the quick results they were getting I decided to have a look for myself.
At the moment I have been following this program for 8 weeks and my fitness level and surfing has never been better. The whole program is 12 weeks long, but just after 5 weeks I experienced the below results:
- I was able to stay in the surf a lot longer each session before getting tired
- Getting heaps more waves due to increased paddling strength resulting in more fun surf sessions.
- Flexibility, leading to smoother surfing and decreasing my chance of injury. I never thought I would be able to reach this level of flexibility this fast!
- Huge increase in board control and technical maneuvers
- Rediscovered the love for surfing!

So is this program for you? Well if you want to surf with more power, more flow and better technique I recommend that you give it a go.

One is a surfing fitness test that determines your weak areas to know what exercises to focus on. The test measures your body strength, balance and core and also includes a powerful fast outdoor workout.

In what way is this program really different from other programs? Why is isn’t possible to just train normal routines focused on the muscle groups you use for surfing. This will give you almost the same workout, or am I wrong?
